Include details about your qualifications - you should know PHP, databases, and have a hosting place for the site. We will help with the transfer and implementation.
We will not respond with any details about why we can no longer support the site. But we appreciate all of the positive comments over the 4+ years that the site has been providing services to self-published authors.
